Completely unacceptable, ******* lacks empathy, ******** ******** **** * **************Went to him for my 4 month old baby's minor surgery, wish I hadn't. He deliberately concealed his charges, (despite us asking) till after the procedure was completed.
Very impatient, offers no reassurance, doesn't explain post surgery care, and when asked he has the audacity to tell us "don't you have a grandmother to tell you these things!" After charging us a hefty amount.
